On January 16-18, the Public Interest Journalism Lab joins discussions at the Ukrainian House during the World Economic Forum in Davos!
Co-founder of PJIL and TRPUkraine, Natalia Gumenyuk, will participate in panel discussions with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Tobias Billström, the director of the Come Back Alive Foundation, Taras Chmut, historians Serhii Plokhy, Timothy Snyder, and others.
Also, on January 18, the Mezhevyi family will take part in the event. Theirs case became one of the key reasons why the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin and his "ombudswoman" Lvova-Belova. Occupiers detained Yevhen Mezhevyi in Olenivka prison, and his three children were deported to Russia. All of this against the backdrop of the destruction of Mariupol.
